Key Accountabilities -
- Support portfolio maintenance activities including portfolio administration, monitoring of facility documentation and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of system data;
- Undertaking financial and credit risk analysis for the preparation of new credit submissions and annual reviews of existing transactions;
- Continuously seek to optimise the return on capital deployed and resources invested by the business
- Workflow management between Client Coverage, CME, Product Specialists, Credit and client support teams, including IB Services, to achieve a seamless client experience;
- Attend client meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes and conduct research to develop sector expertise and awareness of market trends; and
- Maintain an ongoing awareness of credit policy, credit and market risk and internal risk appetite.
Essential capabilities & Experience-
- 6-15 years of experience in banking including experience with credit and compliance processes;
- Strong understanding of risk management and financial analysis;
- Incumbent should possess advanced Excel skills
- Fully grasp the relevant macro risks and have a good level of knowledge on the regulatory environment
- Sound knowledge of the Bank’s systems, procedures, products and services
- Strong customer & compliance focus and attention to detail
- Writing of credit submissions, annual reviews and client core information papers clearly and succinctly;
- Responsible for behaving in accordance with our Code of Conduct and demonstrating the Enterprise Behaviours
