Critical Competencies:


Comprehensive understanding of Go-To-Market and Business Development strategies specific to OTT Technology Stack, Enterprise Technology, and Broadcast Technology.

**Purpose of Role**
The Commercial Systems Asst. Manager role is based in India. The purpose of this role is:
+ The role is designed to support system operations, compliance controls, reporting, and enhancements within GB commercial business systems

Job Title: Commercial Sales and Leasing Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Commercial Sales and Leasing Assistant Manager to support our growing real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a keen understanding of market dynamics, client handling, and negotiations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and grow into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

·   Support the implementation of sales and leasing strategies

·   Assist in identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients

·   Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors

·   Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competitor activity

·   Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and clients

·   Work with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to real estate policies

·   Participate in site visits, client meetings, and transaction closures

Requirements:

·   2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing

·   Good understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes

·   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·   Ability to work independently and in team settings

·   Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

·   Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Master’s preferred
