Job Description
Role Objective:
Sales & Marketing
- Achieving sales targets for the specified region
- Should have leadership skills and be a team player
- Should be capable of identifying the potential distributors and manpower and nurturing them to grow along with the organization.
- Identification of potential customers for industrial products range and heat exchanger cleaning services
- Support distributors and motivate them to achieve the target
- Product demonstration and conducting successful trial at customer place
- Will be responsible for starting from cold call to closing the order successfully executing the order and finally collecting the receivables on time.
- Will be responsible for Technical presentation,
- Will be responsible for after-sales calls as and when required
- Provide input to the Director of Sales & Marketing for strategy developments
Knowledge and Skillset
- Prior experience in industrial sales will be an added advantage
- Should have a minimum of 5 years of sales in industries like power plant, steel, cement, petrochemicals, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries
- Should have market knowledge, potential, and competitors' activity
- Technical Knowledge of the operation of the machine and products will be an added advantage
- Detailed oriented
- Systematic in approach
- Ability to Handle / Deliver under pressure
- Computer Skills - E-mails, and MS Office are a must.
- Interpersonal skills - within the organization and with customers.
- Good communication - Writing and spoken communication in English, Tamil, and Spoken Communication in Hindi is preferable but not necessary.
- Should be good in evaluating risk factors like the financial credibility of customers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
