  1. To make visit plan from the Leads sheet & Visit Leads as per the plan
  2. To fill the Customer KYC to as much level as possible
  3. Discussing with management which foundries should be targeted for converting as customers via the weekly sales call.
  4. ⁠Making sales pitch to the customer for the selected product by clearly showing value.
  5. Getting Trial Orders
  6. ⁠etting Bulk Purchase Orders
  7. agnosing customer issues as & when they arrive during the course of using our product
  8. Able to correctly judge the material needed for next month based on current stock and client demands, and letting production know in advance the material needed so that production is done timely.


  1. Expected Deliverables


  1. Visiting Foundries as per the schedule defined for the Visits
  2. Build the Connection with the Leads
  3. Fill the Customer Information Report
  4. Creating a Sales Funnel by selecting from the Customers Visited
  5. Ensuring Sales Funnel is at least 3 times the sales targets
  6. Understanding the Problems & desires of the lead through the sales pitch
  7. Creating a Connection with the Qualified lead through the Sales Pitch
  8. Timely follow-up and conversion of trial orders
  9. Timely follow-up for converting trial into bulk orders
  10. Accurate reporting of received POs to management
  11. Updating PO tracker without delays
  12. Build and maintain strong rapport with procurement contacts
  13. Timely identification and documentation of customer issues
  14. Accurate and complete use of diagnostic checklist
  15. Clear reporting of issue to the TSE
  16. Coordinating the Solution for the issue recommended by the Technical team at the client end
  17. Accurately assess stock and forecast next month’s demand

The Commercial Executive is a trusted advisor who leads the design and execution of the customer’s commercial strategy and negotiation, selling the right commercial solution at the right time and ensuring every deal is compliant and profitable for Microsoft.

**Responsibilities**:
The Commercial Executive will be responsible for the following:
**Deal Making**
Lead internal and external sales and management teams through support sales commercial construct optimizing for the right level of investment and customization. Optimize deal customization leveraging price and non-price concessions. Identify business opportunities which vary based on deal lifecycle and artificial intelligence (AI). Take relevant steps to make sure deal execution is successful. Address necessary customer non-standard terms and conditions requirements in alignment with Microsoft policy.

**Negotiation**
Define, negotiate complex commercial Support Services terms and lead the strategy for the negotiation approach by engaging with stakeholders.

**Collaboration**
Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, partners, Account Team in order to help our customers deliver their business goals and achieve Microsoft Support Services revenue targets. Collaborate with your peers in other areas to achieve business continuity, balance workload if required and share learnings.

- Seasoned sales and negotiation professional, unafraid of conflict.- Positive attitude and a passion for working with customers and partners.- Comfortable speaking at all organizational levels, from the CxO to the procurement / purchasing teams.- Able to make the best choices for the customer based on their commercial strategic needs.- Strategic, long-term thinker able to analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.- Team player and collaborative - high performing individualists will not be successful.- In-depth and strategic understanding of Microsoft Support, licensing programs and contracting will be essential but not required at hiring.

**Required/Minimum Qualifications**- 10+ years sales and negotiation experience- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 9+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience- OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND 7+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work- OR equivalent experience.

  1. Job Description


  1. To make visit plan from the Leads sheet & Visit Leads as per the plan
  2. To fill the Customer KYC to as much level as possible
  3. Discussing with management which foundries should be targeted for converting as customers via the weekly sales call.
  4. Making sales pitch to the customer for the selected product by clearly showing value.
  5. Getting Trial Orders
  6. Getting Bulk Purchase Orders
  7. Diagnosing customer issues as & when they arrive during the course of using our product
  8. Able to correctly judge the material needed for next month based on current stock and client demands, and letting production know in advance the material needed so that production is done timely.


  1. Expected Deliverables


  1. Visiting Foundries as per the schedule defined for the Visits
  2. Build the Connection with the Leads
  3. Fill the Customer Information Report
  4. Creating a Sales Funnel by selecting from the Customers Visited
  5. Ensuring Sales Funnel is at least 3 times the sales targets
  6. Understanding the Problems & desires of the lead through the sales pitch
  7. Creating a Connection with the Qualified lead through the Sales Pitch
  8. Timely follow-up and conversion of trial orders
  9. Timely follow-up for converting trial into bulk orders
  10. Accurate reporting of received POs to management
  11. Updating PO tracker without delays
  12. Build and maintain strong rapport with procurement contacts
  13. Timely identification and documentation of customer issues
  14. Accurate and complete use of diagnostic checklist
  15. Clear reporting of issue to the TSE
  16. Coordinating the Solution for the issue recommended by the Technical team at the client end
  17. Accurately assess stock and forecast next month’s demand
  18. Prepare and share week-wise dispatch plan in time
  19. Coordinate effectively with production team for planning
  20. Avoid delays due to material unavailability


  1. Qualifications & Competency requirements


  1. Graduation / Diploma Holder (Metallurgy preferred)
  2. Working knowledge of MS Office Suit
  3. Attitude needed - Diligent, Hunger for growth, Likes to solved customer problems, team player, Hustler
  4. Not afraid to failure.

  1. Experienced in working with SG Iron & Cast Iron Foundries
  2. Fluent in Regional Languages
