Job Title: Analyst - Strategic Sourcing

Location: Bangalore


Job Description:


  • Evaluate Purchase Requisitions for accuracy and thoroughly understand the underlying requirements.
  • Manage the sourcing activities, including RFx processes, comparative analysis, and vendor selection.
  • Manage contracting and procurement, from contract drafting to Purchase Order creation post-PR approval.
  • Proficient in supply chain platforms such as Oracle & GEP Smart; experience with integrated systems is advantageous.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop actionable plans for implementation.
  • Oversee vendor lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, performance tracking, and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align negotiation strategies with business goals and maximize value.
  • Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of key data.
  • Monitor and escalate vendor-related risks, issues, and action items as needed.
  • Execute end-to-end purchase operations, including POD handling, invoicing, and vendor support, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standards.
  • Take ownership of outcomes, ensuring accountability and delivery of results.

As a **Supply Chain Analyst,** you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making to support Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and inventory performance tracking. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data alignment, process consistency, and actionable insights for leadership.

As a **Supply Chain Analyst,** your responsibilities will include:
As a **Supply Chain Analyst,** you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making to support Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and inventory performance tracking. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data alignment, process consistency, and actionable insights for leadership.
+ **Data Analysis & Reporting** : Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple systems to support IBP, PLM, and inventory performance tracking. You will generate actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Partnering with supply chain, product lifecycle, finance, and regional teams to ensure data alignment, process consistency, and timely resolution of issues.
+ **Documentation & Communication** : Maintaining clear documentation of processes, changes, and project progress. Preparing summaries, dashboards, and presentations for the Sr. Director IBP & PLM and key business stakeholders.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, Sourcing, or Operations (or an advanced degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience).
+ Strong understanding of analytics, Power BI, and SAP.
