Work Experience and Competencies

The trainer should demonstrate deep understanding of the principles and practices of business communication, barriers to communication, relationship among thoughts, emotions and behaviour and other theoretical aspects of communication. The trainers should be open minded to learn and align with the concept of cognitive aspects of communication and workplace skills. Ability to unlearn some concepts in the context of this program will be helpful.
