We're looking for a versatile and detail-oriented writer to join our Corporate Communications team. In this role, you'll craft compelling content for both internal and external audiences — everything from press releases, talking points, presentations, and marketing materials to executive talking points, internal announcements, and intranet copy. You'll bring a journalistic lens to storytelling, an editor's precision, and a marketer's instinct for engagement. Your writing will reflect our brand's tone and values while driving clarity and impact across multiple channels.

You're a natural writer and storyteller with a strong editorial voice, able to adapt your writing style to suit a wide range of audiences and platforms. You have a keen eye for detail, a sharp sense of structure, and a solid grasp of Associated Press (AP) and other writing styles. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality.

Here's what you'll bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of professional writing and editing experience, preferably in corporate communications, journalism, or marketing.
  • Ability to adapt writing style and tone for various audiences and platforms, including web copy, intranet articles, PowerPoint presentations, press releases, media materials, social media, and executive commentary.
  • Strong storytelling and interviewing skills with a journalist's mindset.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills with knowledge of AP style.
  • Comfort and experience writing on behalf of executive leaders, including speeches, talking points, and strategic internal updates.
  • Experience translating complex ideas into accessible language.
  • Comfort working in a matrixed organization and partnering with cross-functional teams.
