- Teacher Development : Recruit, train, and certify instructors. Run pedagogy workshops, coach teachers on class management & parent engagement, and standardize delivery with SOPs.
- Business Ownership : Drive enrollments, retention, and revenue for the dance vertical. Innovate seasonal formats (festivals, workshops) to boost growth.
- Evangelism : Represent Flurn Dance at events, demos, and campaigns. Build aspirational positioning as the best after-school dance program for kids .
- Operational Excellence : Ensure smooth coordination across classes, music, props, and schedules. Monitor delivery quality through audits and feedback loops.
