● Monitor campaign effectiveness and drive improvements in reach and conversion.

  1. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

● Work closely with the Data Analyst to track and monitor KPIs across community engagement, marketing campaigns, and webinars.

● Generate actionable insights for process optimization, audience personalization, and engagement growth.

● Implement data-driven strategies to continuously improve performance.

  1. Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Oversight

● Act as the operational bridge between the engagement team (email/WhatsApp, webinar, data) and other internal functions (content, design, tech, marketing).
