An exciting opportunity to join a London, UK based business, offering you an opportunity to work from home. As the Recruitment Resourcer you will be working from home - 9am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday until 5.30pm BST/GMT (in line with our London office hours.)
Experience within Social Care / Healthcare recruitment would be desirable but not essential.
**Job Purpose**:
- Assist the Social Care Senior Consultant and add value to the team
- Work alongside our compliance team to provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with relevant legislation/regulatory requirements
- Creating and publishing high-quality job adverts
**Recruitment Resourcer Profile**:
- Previous experience within a sales and/or recruitment setting
- Extensive customer service experience with a focus on customer experience
- Previous experience within a target driven environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Extensive time management, organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise a variety of different tasks with multiple deadlines
- High level of interpersonal communications skills both verbal and written
- Professional telephone manner and positive team presence
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and CRMs
**Responsibilities**:
- Regularly liaise with the Senior Social Care Recruitment Consultant to determine staffing needs
- Work alongside our compliance team to provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with relevant legislation/regulatory requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of the Social Care recruitment industry and best practices
- Produce weekly reports to the Senior Social Care Recruitment Consultant.
- Provide general administrative support
- Write, place and update job adverts

About the Role:
The Community Care Program Social Work Manager is part of the Community Care Program within the Division of Rehabilitation Aged and Community Services (RACS). In coordination with the broader Community Care Program leadership team, this position is responsible for managing operational requirements, coordinating and providing clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring and carrying a clinical caseload. The role supports clinicians across a range of community health centres providing social work to community-based clients through outpatient services at community health centres, telehealth and some home visits including clients accessing the Community Assistance and Temporary Support (CATS) Program and Rapid Assessment of the Deteriorating Aged at Risk (RADAR). The role requires clinical knowledge and skills to support adult clients presenting with a broad range of psychosocial needs impacted upon by health issues. Client’s healthcare needs may vary, but will predominately include those with chronic conditions, complex medical and psychosocial conditions, and frail aged conditions.
