**Role Description**
This is a full-time, Patient Care Companion role based in Bengaluru. The Patient Care Companion will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing a patient's clinical care from the time of diagnosis through to treatment. Key responsibilities include gathering patient information, coordinating patient appointments, and engaging them on OncoBuddy App. The Patient Care Companion will work closely with the clinical team and management to ensure patients receive timely care in a compassionate and supportive manner.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
0-1 year of experience in patient care coordination
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of medical terminology.
Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment
Engaging with the patient for 1+ year.
