Job summary:

Workday certified Consultant with experienced in Compensation and Advanced Compensation. In this role you will work with customers during all phases of deployment as well as post-production to assist with defining requirements, complete development, and deploy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Good expertise in India market compensation practices, regulations, and benchmarking
  • Proven experience with market pricing tools and compensation data management on a global scale
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems (Oracle HCM preferred), and compensation survey platforms, such as Mercer, Aon, and MarketPay
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.

Six Months:

  • Build relationships with HR business partners, business leaders, and global compensation colleagues across India and APJ
  • Gain a thorough understanding of current compensation programs, policies, and processes
  • Support the regional compensation planning cycle
  • Assist with policy reviews and support program launches for India/APAC
  • Assist with global compensation operations, including maintaining the market pricing tool and supporting Oracle HCM system enhancements

One Year:

  • Fully manage the regional compensation cycle independently, providing recommendations and guidance to business leaders
  • Lead policy reviews and drive program launches for India/APAC, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local compliance
  • Act as the go-to expert for workforce compensation and market practices in India and APJ
  • Lead regional and global initiatives related to workforce compensation, system enhancements, and process improvements
  • Drive insights from compensation data and market benchmarks to influence strategic workforce planning and pay decisions
  • Partner with global Compensation team to ensure scalable, consistent, and compliant compensation programs across the organization
