What does a successful C&B Expert do at Fiserv?
Responsible for aligning the Compensation and Benefits practices of the organization with the overall HR and organizational philosophy. Responsible for designing compensation, determining appropriate salary structures, managing annual salary revision exercises through surveys, analysis of positioning & budget development, communicating compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the compensation program and making changes periodically, as necessary.
