What does a successful C&B Expert do at Fiserv?


Responsible for aligning the Compensation and Benefits practices of the organization with the overall HR and organizational philosophy.   • As a member of the Human Resources team, the Compensation and Benefits Lead Analyst establishes relationships within the HR function and provides support aligned to the strategic requirements of the business.
