Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of business lines and products.
- Plan and execute the Year-End Compensation exercise.
- Provide Year-End analytics and data management.
- Create training and communication materials for the implementation of compensation programs.
- Benchmark market data by participating in and analyzing compensation surveys to provide market and job insights.
- Gather market intelligence through secondary research and networking with compensation professionals.
- Offer consultative services on compensation to HR Business Partners.
- Maintain continuous contact with global compensation and regional HR teams to ensure compliance with both local and global standards.
- Manage relationships with HR vendors, internal stakeholders, and non-statutory vendors.
- Handle adhoc projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience related to rewards.
- Support a wide variety of compensation initiatives in India.
- Provide guidance on contractual, compensation, tax, and mobility issues.
- Perform business-as-usual (BAU) activities within the Compensation and Benefits Department, including new compensation-fitments.
- Design, review, and maintain salary bands for talent acquisition on an annual basis.
Required Mindset:
- Mandatory:
- Postgraduate with 10 + years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Team player with a proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people at different levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
- Strong analytical and MS Office skills.
- Flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Desired:
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors (SAP)/Oracle.
