Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • As a member of the Human Resources team, the Compensation and Benefits Lead Analyst establishes relationships within the HR function and provides support aligned to the strategic requirements of the business.
  • In this capacity, the Lead Analyst will participate in compensation and benefits surveys, analyzing data to determine the organization’s competitive position within the regions.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of all global base salary and short and long-term variable compensation programs, working closely with Total Rewards (TR) Leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Finance or related discipline is strongly preferred. Certification in Compensation, Benefits and/or Human Resources (e.g.,

  • At least of 8 years of compensation design and administration experience with at least 3 years of global experience in US and India.
  • Working knowledge of country, federal and/or state regulations affecting the administration of broad-based or statutory benefits and retirement/pension plans including but not limited to FLSA, Equal Pay Act, Pay Transparency and GDPR.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their Human Resources department. This is a fully remote position, offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage and enhance our compensation and benefits programs from anywhere in India. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, implementing, and administering competitive and equitable compensation structures, incentive plans, and comprehensive employee benefits. You will be instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent by ensuring our offerings are attractive and aligned with market best practices and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage the organization's compensation structure, including salary ranges, job grading, and pay equity analysis.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and market-aligned pay practices.
  • Develop and manage incentive compensation plans, including performance-based bonuses and long-term incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Partner with HR business partners and management to provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
  • Develop communication strategies to effectively inform employees about their total rewards package.
  • Manage vendor relationships for benefits providers and brokers.
  • Oversee the administration of HRIS systems related to compensation and benefits data.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of benefit programs and recommend adjustments to meet employee needs and organizational objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends, costs, and program effectiveness.
  • Participate in the annual salary review and benefits open enrollment processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of all compensation and benefits information.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing methodologies, and legal requirements (e.g., FLSA, ERISA).
  • Experience with various types of employee benefits plans and administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Experience with executive compensation and stock options is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as CCP or CBP are highly desirable.
