You will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of applications assigned to you. This role requires a basic understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and policies related to compliance. Basic computer knowledge is a must (good to know SDLC). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliance measures across the applications. 

• You will connect with various Governance Owners like for e.g., Data Privacy, Export Control, Worker’s Council, Cybersecurity, etc. 

 • You will work with the vendors of the applications for Data Privacy and Compliances processes to ensure all required details are available. 

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts or related field. 

Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, FDA). 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 

UK Shift – 2 pm to 11 pm 

We would also welcome applications from candidates who hold other bachelor's degree or have completed a vocational training course and further training with additional professional experience in data privacy or related areas.

The Compliance Coordinator acts in this compliance context as one of the interfaces between auditors (internal and external) and technical Linux experts. For the global PCI DSS coordination the person will be in charge of all Linux topics for Worldline. Here he will be the PCI DSS reference for Worldline's Linux topics.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordination of incoming audit and compliance related topics for the department.
• Supporting the initiation to analyze and ultimately implement new regulatory requirements for Linux/Unix.
• Monitoring and delivery in time of our evidences and reports to our stakeholders (internal and external) as part of the regulatory requirements for our BI OS services.
• For PCI DSS, interface between PCI stakeholders and « all » WL system teams
• Coordination and monitoring of self-assessments at our infrastructure.

Who Are We Looking For

High level in English in written and spoken form

• Good communication skills in a proactive way
• Experience in PCI DSS v3 and good understanding of v4
• Able to read compliance and audit documents and translate these into an action plan
• Good experience as auditor or coordinator

Nice to have

• French language
• Technical background for Linux
• Experience as system engineer

JD RMS EXECUTIVE

 Roles and responsibilities

 :
· Cross checking BOD for All segments before Market Start.
· Making Activation and Deactivation of Trading Terminal and Investor client. 

· Ability to resolve queries on a day to day basis.
·

 Keeping Monitoring on Additional Surveillance Margin (ASM) and reporting to HOD. 

· Blocking GSM and Illiquid scrip on Time to Time in the Trading system.
·

 RMS Blocking for Debit, RMS Blocking for Far month Contract, RMS Blocking for
Illiquid scrip. 

· Keeping track of MTM Alert violation, MTM net position & Square off the open position
once MTM Loss get triggered.

 · Responsible for squaring off all the intraday position through Timer Square off for all
segments.

 · Supervision of Limit assigned to the clients (Base Limit and Intraday limits). 

· Coordination with different teams. 

· Surveillance of Script Wise & Client wise Position, Simulated Trade, Script concentration
etc.

 · Track on Tender period contract in all Segments, Whole process of Straggled Delivery
Mechanism.

 · Successfully Implementation Exchange & Depository Related Compliances.

 · Enhance Supervisor Reporting, Client fund, Collateral, Security Balance (Weekly's).

 · Daily Margin Reporting for all Segments.

 · Quarterly Settlement of A/Cs & Dormant & Inactive Process & CTCL Empanelment.
