This role involves reviewing contracts and commercial agreements, advising on marketing and advertising laws, supporting regulatory compliance, and assisting in the development of internal compliance policies and programs. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and global legal teams to address legal risks and maintain compliance with local and international laws.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

  • Provide guidance on marketing, advertising, and consumer protection laws.

  • Support compliance initiatives, including internal policies, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement compliance programs and training.

  • Liaise with the Intellectual Property and Global Legal teams on international compliance issues.

  • Coordinate with external counsel on outsourced legal work.

  • Manage regulatory filings and advise on topics such as healthcare interactions, conflict of interest, and gifts/entertainment.

  • Conduct legal research and support policy development aligned with business objectives.

    You are a legal professional with a strong foundation in compliance, risk management, and commercial law. You bring sharp analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance legal requirements with business priorities.

    What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in law with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Ethics & Integrity: Demonstrates high ethical standards and professionalism.

  • Work Ethic: Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable in your approach to work.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical abilities and precision in legal review.

  • Confidentiality: Able to manage sensitive legal matters with discretion.

  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including confidence in public speaking.
