Job Responsibility:

Assist with Quality System development, training, and process. Assist with internal audits to assess compliance. Represent or assist SI in external audits. Participate in the CAPA process.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist and work to create, review, and update Quality System procedures, assisting the Quality Management Leads and Director, Quality Management.
  • Provide or manage Quality System training
  • Managing all quality-related documents (procedures, specifications, records etc.) with version control and electronic approvals.
  • Conduct RCA meetings for the CAPA process
  • Assist with internal audits to ensure SI follows the Quality System procedures and to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Represent or assist SI in external Audits
  • Identifying, assessing, and controlling risks to product quality, patient safety, and data integrity.
  • Evaluating and managing vendors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and other inputs.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience developing and managing Quality System Processes
  • Ability to conduct internal audits or manage external audits as an auditee
  • Knowledge of the software development and testing process, especially for Agile development
  • Conduct CAPA meetings and follow the CAPA process.
  • Train cross teams on Quality System processes and manage the LMS tool.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with regulated software requirements and standards
  • Familiarity with Vendor and Tools Evaluation.
  • Familiarity with various regulations like ISO 9001 and 27001, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, and EU GMP Annex 11
  • Familiarity with document control, change management, training management, deviation management, audit management, supplier management, software lifecycle management, and Management review.


Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math, or any other related discipline with an MS degree being a plus.
  • ISO:9001 and ISO:27001 certification is mandatory


Professional Qualification/Certifications:

Exposure to ICH-GCP guidelines and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21, Part 11 that covers the management of electronic records, electronic signatures and computer systems validation.

Key Responsibilities:


Ensure compliance with the Insurance Act, IRDAI Act and various Insurance Laws, Rules and Regulations. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures tailored to the requirements of Health/General Insurance companies. Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on organizational compliance. Coordinate and convening meeting of the Executive / Management Committee meetings with all applicable compliance under IRDAI, the Companies Act etc., including planning Agenda of the meetings keeping in view the statutory, regulatory and business requirements; drafting notices and agenda of the meetings and minutes of the meetings. Filings various Returns, Reports, Forms on a periodic basis with IRDAI and other authorities as may be applicable for Health Insurance Company. Oversee compliance filings and submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization. To represent the company during any inspection by authorities under applicable laws and to coordinate with internal stakeholders to effectively handle the inspection. Conduct regular compliance audits as per regulatory and board policies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Maintain compliance tools and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective in supporting compliance activities. Qualifications and Skills:

+ Coordinate with Global Investigation Department and support in internal investigations and fact findings. Coordinate with Corporate Audit department to ensure risk & Fraud identification and effective mitigation
+ Serve as the local lead responsible for adapting, implementing, maintaining, and supervising the company's Compliance Program, acting as an independent and objective authority within the organization
+ Help ensure that all employees operate in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Safeguard adherence to established procedures and promote behaviors aligned with the Company's Norms of Conduct
+ Act as an accessible, visible, and reliable subject matter expert, providing guidance to the business in meeting compliance requirements and navigating relevant regulatory obligations.
+ Drive compliance awareness across the organization within the country of responsibility and foster a strong compliance culture, positioning it as a strategic and competitive advantage
Your Profile:
+ Preferably with at least 2 years total professional experience, with main focus on Compliance including Healthcare Compliance related matters
+ Knowledge of the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, general ABC codes and practices and specific knowledge of the legislation in the local territory for which the ECO is responsible
+ Certification in Risk Management, Compliance and/or FCPA or equivalent/similar regulations will be desirable
+ Position will be based out of Gurgaon or Bangalore. Must be willing to travel to Bangalore (~ quarterly)

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with managing the process that tracks all investigative due diligence reviews from inception to final disposition
+ Assist with facilitating and managing the enhanced investigative due diligence approval process of high-risk third parties
+ Ensure that due diligence packets, including initial applications/requests, risk scores, due diligence reports, continue/discontinue determinations, third-party written documentation, and executed contracts are retained and properly accessible for review
+ Perform internet research and anti-corruption database checks, analyze results of due diligence reviews, and assist in identifying risks and appropriate risk mitigation measures
+ Provide support, administer, and maintain Company policies in the policy management system
+ Assist with managing the conflict-of-interest process including collection, disclosure management, disposition, and related record retention

**Essential Qualifications and Education:**

Key Responsibilities


This role oversee the development, evaluation and implementation of governance, risk and compliance.


This role provides operational and conformance checking of information security implemented. The role will undertake specific audits tasks directly and will work with identified stakeholders to ensure that audit lifecycle is in compliance.


Additionally, this role will undertake regular conformance checking tasks to ensure compliance is met to acceptable security levels in different audits.


This role will also undertake a number of critical asks and requests from security projects which manages to successful delivery of projects and the associated resources.


Further, this role will work with all departments across Technology, Business and Third Party vendors/partners and manages inter-dependencies / work-streams and across multiple projects to ensure that Projects are delivered on time:


  • Provide consulting services for Technology & Business team for Audit Security process and implementation of controls.
  • Define Security assessment scope, requirements, time lines and goals.
  • Pro-actively reviews all gaps found on audits related to systems and types of access controls on various risks like Cyber Threats, Data Security and compliance and communicate for timely actions to mitigate them.
  • Supports in managing all type of internal and external InfoSec audits (end to end), status of Security assessment, Report Observations and remediation with all the agreed timelines.
  • Works with end customer SPOC to ensure all the desired requirements are delivered by liaising with all the business stakeholders.
  • Delivers Security Assessments projects on time, and at the expected quality, have root- cause analysis with clear action plan and obtain sign-off with all relevant parties.


Preferred Skills

  • Ensure the organization complies with local, federal and international regulatory and legal requirements
  • Stay up to date on all major privacy and data protection laws, GDPR, CCPA, DPA, PIPEDA etc.
  • Experience in handling various Security Assessments, regulatory requirements but not limited to PCI- DSS, ISO27001, ISO9001, GDPR, CCPA, SOC2 and privacy shield.
  • Practical understanding of security standards, Processes and risk frameworks.
  • Has good understanding of audit frameworks and various datasheet involved in preparing for the external audits.
  • Knowledge of current industry best practices and standards, local/international security and compliance guidance.
  • Broad, and commensurately high-level knowledge of Security technology, such as: PKI, firewalls, access management, encryption, IDS & IPS, Cyber threats, encryption, and identity management.
  • Strong time management, communication and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work with Technical and Non- Technical business owners.
  • Practical understanding of security processes and risk frameworks.
  • Partners with External consultants/ internal stakeholders on Regulatory Changes to ensure regulatory changes are added within the system of record.
  • Drive integration with Compliance teams aligned to Business Units for all the related audits (end to end).
  • Knowledge of current industry best practices and standards, local/international security and compliance guidance.
  • Conducting deep dives into specific areas of focus based on Risk and Regulatory priorities as and when needed.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and assessing process flows to detect potential risks, deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, and fraud, non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
  • Partners with other Operations Managers to ensure timely and effective delivery for all audit requirements.
  • Contribute to the Group ISMS content development, maintenance and maturity.
  • Take the interface between custom authorities and colleagues/partners on customs Audits.
  • Drive matrixed project planning and execution to deliver and sustain privacy compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master of Science degree. Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or management degree(would be advantage)
  • 6/6+ years’ experience in audits and compliance management
  • Excellent planning, multi-tasking, organization and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of certifications and framework like NIST, HIPAA, ISO 27K, PCI-DSS and SOC2.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hold certifications like ISO9001, ISO 27001 and Green belt(added advantage)

  • Effective communication with Quality Partners , Suppliers / factories and certification bodies, to ensure all WSE quality audit requirements are met
  • Demonstrate WSE compliance through the delivery of KPIs & Objectives
  • Ensure full documentation & records are complete and accurate for all own brand sites
  • To build trusted relationships with the end-to-end QA team to manage timelines for on boarding , factory audits and reaudits in accordance with policy and to maintain product safety and quality within our own brand production facilities
  • Develop relationships internally with relevant stakeholders, and certification bodies
  • Role-model Woolworths core values.
  • Have a basic/ good understanding of our Supplier Excellence program for Consumer Products
  • Work with Certification bodies to ensure on time audit, reporting and non-conformance closure.
  • Complete monthly dash board reporting for all suppliers and factories for both BIG W and Supermarkets to demonstrate compliance to WSE framework
