The ideal candidate should bring deep experience in Java/.NET platforms , medical imaging standards and workflows , and cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP . This role requires strong engineering and architecture skills, coupled with a solid understanding of imaging domain needs such as PACS, VNA, and diagnostic viewers.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture and Engineering Leadership
- Architect and lead the development of enterprise-grade imaging platforms such as PACS , VNA , Viewers (2D/3D) , and image management systems
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant architectures using cloud-native services on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Translate clinical and imaging workflow requirements into modular and reusable architecture patterns
- Define best practices for performance, storage, rendering, and real-time streaming of diagnostic images
- Guide adoption of standards including DICOM, HL7, FHIR, WADO-RS , and IHE profiles (XDS, XDS-I, XCA-I)
Product Delivery Support
- Collaborate with product managers, solution teams, and engineering leads to drive technical design across project phases

- 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture
