We are seeking an experienced Network and Security Administrator to join our IT Support team at Maheshwaram. This role has been created to address the increased number of systems and firewalls at our location, ensuring effective monitoring and management of firewall logs.

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPN setups, and security certificate algorithms.

Monitor and maintain network security tools and logs to ensure optimal performance and incident management.

Implement and manage network routing, switching, and VLANs.

Administer Windows Server components, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects.

Configure and troubleshoot web services, database services, and other applications on Linux operating systems.

Oversee MSSQL Server and Team Foundation Server (TFS) concepts.

Manage IIS (Internet Information Services) configurations.

Administer and maintain anti-virus servers and backup solutions.

Conduct Business Continuity Planning (BCP) drills to ensure readiness.

Troubleshoot GPU-based applications effectively.

Collaborate on SAP Basis tasks (preferred but not mandatory).

Position : Network Security Engineer (L1 Engineer)

DESIRED PROFILE:

• Minimum 1.5 Years experience in Network Security Engineer

• Strong Knowledge of Networking concepts such as IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS, ARP, VLan, SPAN, Ospf, BGP. Fregmentation and Segmentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles first level calls/cases from Enterprise customers.

• Case ownership, documentation and management

• Customer Management, Setting right expectation, Situation handling.

• Driving case progression as per the SLA

• Utilizing tools and systems, Working with relevant groups in the client organization (SE, Support Manager, L3) for case progression and updates

Technical skills:

Experience in VLANS, Tagging - IEEE 802.1q, 802.3ad, 802.1d, 802.1w.

• Experience on routing protocols – RIP V1/V2, OSPF, and BGP

• Knowledge of Authentication Protocols like TACAS/RADIUS/LDAP will be an added advantage.
