Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Conference Producer/Conference Manager to join our corporate office in Domlur, Bengaluru. You will contribute with a primary focus on research and identification of conference topics, moderators, panellists, and visitor acquisition for specific industries, content development, speaker management, and logistics coordination.
Key Role & Responsibilities: - In this role of Conference Producer/Manager you will be responsible for
1. End-to-End Conference Management : Take full ownership management of conferences, includes planning, organizing, and executing conferences from inception to conclusion.
2. Experience-Driven Conference Planning : Leverage prior experience to expertly plan and execute conferences, ensuring seamless operations and a memorable experience for all participants.
3. Industry Research and Content Development : Conduct in-depth Thematic Research to identify relevant and trending industry topics, ensuring that conference content remains cutting-edge and valuable.
4. Speaker Engagement : Identify, approach, and invite keynote speakers, panellists, and presenters who align with the conference's theme and objectives, securing their participation, ensuring the highest quality of content and expertise.
5. Logistics Coordination : Manage all logistical aspects, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and event-related logistics, to ensure the smooth participation of speakers and guests. in the conference.
6. Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English, to liaise with speakers, sponsors, participants/attendees, and internal teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
7. Time Management: Utilize excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a well-organized and efficient conference production process.
8. Meticulous Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless execution of all conference-related tasks, including scheduling, signage, materials and technical setups.
9. Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all conference components align with the overall objectives and standards of the organization.
10. Continuous Improvement : Seek opportunities to enhance conference quality and efficiency by incorporating feedback, implementing best practices, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
11. Budget Management : Responsible for managing the conference budget efficiently, optimizing resources while delivering exceptional value.
