Key Responsibilities:

  • Loyalty Program Configurations:  Lead and manage configurations related to points programs, tiered programs, loyalty programs, and partnered programs, ensuring they meet client specifications.
  • BRD Analysis:  Expertly analyze and interpret Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to ensure all configurations align with business and client needs.
  • Requirement Gathering Communication:  Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to gather and clarify detailed requirements for configuration tasks, providing guidance and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in managing complex configurations for internal products, including points programs, tiered programs, loyalty programs, and partnered program setups.
  • Basic understanding of API concepts,
  • Strong experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and the ability to translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements.

    The Manager, Pricing Strategy and Execution for APAC will be responsible for driving pricing strategies across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global pricing frameworks, supporting market competitiveness, and ensuring timely and effective price execution. This role will closely collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to optimize pricing processes and deliver on strategic pricing initiatives to drive profitability and market share growth.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement region-specific pricing strategies for APAC markets aligned with global frameworks, considering market trends, customer needs, competitor actions, and business objectives.
  • Pricing Execution and Governance: Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient execution of price changes and updates in coordination with cross-functional teams. Manage pricing SOPs and compliance to ensure governance and audit readiness.
  • Pricing Systems and Tools: Lead the management and continuous improvement of pricing tools and systems (e.g., SAP, CRM systems) to enhance pricing accuracy, reporting, and execution. Work with IT and global pricing teams to ensure system efficiency.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and manage a small team of pricing analysts across the region. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance skillsets and ensure the team is fully equipped to deliver on pricing objectives.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive strategies to anticipate pricing opportunities and challenges. Work closely with Market Intelligence teams to ensure pricing strategies are data-driven.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all pricing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards across the APAC region. Actively manage pricing risks and work on mitigating actions when needed,
  • Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

    MBA degree Preferred

    Work Experience

    Minimum 8 years (Mgr) - Experience in pricing, commercial operations, or related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, market dynamics, and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading pricing initiatives and driving profitable growth in diverse markets.
  • Experience with pricing systems such as SAP, and proficiency in data analytics tools like Power BI, Excel, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across diverse teams and regions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Knowledge of APAC market and regulatory environment is a plus.

    Title : Manager, Content Configuration

    Job Summary: The Content Engineer II configures content solutions for P&C core systems processing from moderate to high complexity Agile stories independently and across multiple domains. Reads and interprets rules and requirements from standard organizations and converts them into configuration requirements.

    Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Configures content solutions for high complexity Agile stories and works independently with minimal guidance.

  • Reads and interprets high complexity rules and requirements from standards organizations like ISO, NCCI, AAIS, etc., converting these into configuration requirements.

  • Coordinates with user interaction designers and product leadership to create strong user-centered experiences in configured software solutions.

  • Debugs and resolves high complexity configuration bugs or issues independently making sure to find the real root cause and provides a fix without collateral damage.

  • Writes automated unit and integration-level tests independently.

  • May create or assist in the creation of a conceptual design/architecture for small scale content solutions with guidance from an architect or more senior content engineers.

  • Follows development standards and effectively demonstrate content solutions to other developers in code reviews. Performs code reviews on complex upgrades.

  • Performs basic source code management tasks independently
