About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Nodal Officer to join the Nodal Desk which is part of Legal litigation team. The role will act as the primary point of contact for law enforcement agencies, manage regulatory requests, and ensure the Company’s security, compliance, and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and respond to notices under CrPC, PMLA, IT Act, and other applicable laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities across India, especially in Karnataka.
- Monitor and address risks such as vandalism, fraud, fake websites, impersonation, and corporate espionage.
- Ensure asset protection, recovery, and reputation management for the Company and its key personnel.
- Guide internal teams (Customer Support, Operations, Legal) on escalations involving law enforcement.
- Lead emergency and crisis response management initiatives.
- Independently extract and analyze data from internal systems for LEA requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–10 years of experience in a nodal/legal enforcement role (fintech, banking, telecom, e-commerce preferred).
- Strong knowledge of BNS, BNSS, PMLA, and IT Act.
- Existing rapport with law enforcement agencies.
- Proficiency in Kannada & English (mandatory).
- LL.B. degree is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership, crisis management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
