+ Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial

Driving Site Reviews and Budgeting

Facilitate smooth pay-outs to the contractors/vendors/PMCs by coordinating with Finance team as per need basisOperational

Indepth Understanding of design aspects : Reviews different drawings with an eye for detail to identify risks in Architectural, Structural & MEP such as work-front availability ahead of time & mitigates them

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing site operations, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.

    The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management, with a proven ability to lead large-scale projects from start to finish. A strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are critical for this role. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with professional certifications like PMP or equivalent, is highly preferred.     Responsibilities:
