Your Roles & Responsibilities:
Financial
Driving Site Reviews and Budgeting
Facilitate smooth pay-outs to the contractors/vendors/PMCs by coordinating with Finance team as per need basisOperational
Devise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on site in coordination with key stakeholders (e.g. contractors/PMCs)
Oversee all operational activities(MEP, Civil, Planning etc.) on site are progressing line with the established project timelines
Coordinate with design team at site to ensure that all GFC drawings are brought in as per the schedule

Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management, with a proven ability to lead large-scale projects from start to finish. A strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are critical for this role. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with professional certifications like PMP or equivalent, is highly preferred. You will be expected to manage multiple project sites and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate on-site activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Review and approve contractor proposals and manage contractual agreements.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project progress reports and financial statements.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
