Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Salesforce Development projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform Capabilities, including custom development, configuration and integration
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex Salesforce projects from Initiation to completion
- SaleForce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) & Salesforce Certified Platform developer I/II are highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of AIML and GenAI data projects, including multimodal annotation (text, image, video, audio), model testing, and trust & safety validation.
- Own the design, setup, and scaling of crowdsourced projects, including contributor onboarding, performance optimization, and SLA compliance.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across delivery, product, client, and workforce teams, ensuring all parties are coordinated and informed.
