Site Supervision & Execution:

Monitor civil maintenance activities at multiple work locations within the refinery.

Ensure that all work is executed as per the approved plan and engineering instructions.

Coordinate with Site Engineer/Engineer-In-Charge (EIC) and other departments for smooth job execution.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce strict adherence to all prevailing safety regulations and work permit conditions.

Ensure that valid permits and clearances are obtained before commencing any work.

Take immediate corrective action in case of unsafe acts, conditions, or practices.

Report unsafe observations to the SIC/EIC promptly.

Permit & Documentation Handling:

Ensure availability and proper display of valid permits at all work sites.

Maintain all necessary documentation and logs related to safety, permits, and progress.

Team Management:

Supervise and guide on-ground personnel to achieve efficient job execution.

Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed and productivity is maximized.

Coordination & Reporting:

Communicate regularly with the Engineering and Safety teams to provide updates on work progress and safety observations.

Resolve site-related issues in coordination with concerned departments.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.E /B.Tech(2-4 years) OR Diploma(3-5+ Years) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience in civil engineering works, specifically in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry
