Job Description: ( Office based with Regular Site visits, as required – hybrid)
Your role will broadly involve (but not limited to) the following:
Project Manager/Co-ordinator in their roles which may include, but not limited to :
1. Co-ordination with Stakeholders- Client, Site Team, Consultants and Contractors.
2. Quantity estimation as and when required.
3. Tendering and Procurement
4. Preparation of Project Planning and Monitoring.
5. Co-ordiante with Site team and ensure all Project Management Processes are in lines with the scope of works.
6. Maintain, manage and generate require documents for smooth functioning of the project.
7. Documentation and enforcing Project management processes.
8. Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
9. Review designs, drawings and raise RFIs.
10. Monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the Architect.
11. Preparation and Monitoring of Quality Control Plan
12. Liaise with Client Team, Design Team, Contractors and all relevant stakeholders involved in the project for progress of works, as required.
13. Attend and (or) Organize regular meetings or workshops to discuss progress of works with relevant stake holders (i.e. Client, Design Team and Contractors) .
14. Site visit for quality audits or bill checking, as and when required or site meetings as and when required.
