Our client, a prominent name in the construction industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Modeler to join our expanding virtual design and construction team. This role is crucial for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for large-scale, complex construction projects. You will be responsible for creating accurate, detailed, and coordinated 3D models that integrate architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) components. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to contribute your expertise from anywhere in India, fostering a flexible and productive work environment.

- Create 4D (time-based) and 5D (cost-loaded) BIM models to support project scheduling and cost estimation.
- Generate construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports, directly from BIM models.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and best practices established by the project and the company.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with BIM requirements.
- Provide training and support to junior BIM modelers and other project team members.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, software advancements, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Modeler, with a strong portfolio of complex projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.
- Demonstrated experience with clash detection, coordination, and model aggregation.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and building systems (architectural, structural, MEP).
- Experience with 4D and 5D BIM implementation is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in model creation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of other BIM-related software (e.g., Solibri, BIM 360) is a plus.
