The ideal candidate will have a recognized safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA 30-hour) and at least 5 years of experience in construction safety management, preferably on large-scale projects. A diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety is desirable. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and potential hazards is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively influence site personnel. You must be proficient in safety reporting and documentation. This role is critical to the successful and safe completion of the construction project, demanding a high level of dedication and attention to detail.
