Job Summary
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 3 to 4 years of site execution experience to support residential, villa, apartment, commercial, and layout development projects preferably from Bangalore & having fluency in Kannada. The candidate will assist in supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols. This is a hands-on site role ideal for an engineer looking to grow technically and professionally under senior project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution
1. Supervise civil works including excavation, foundation, RCC, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and
finishing.
2. Assist in layout and infrastructure execution including roads, drains, water supply, sewage lines, and
underground utilities.
3. Ensure proper setting out as per architectural and structural drawings.
4. Monitor daily work progress and coordinate with contractors, skilled workers, and laborers.
Quality & Safety
1. Conduct quality checks during all stages of construction.
2. Ensure adherence to technical specifications and standards.
3. Assist in safety implementation at the site and maintain compliance with safety practices.
Coordination & Documentation
1. Coordinate with MEP teams, vendors, and consultants for service integration.
2. Maintain daily progress reports, checklists, measurement books, and material records.
3. Report issues or deviations to the site in-charge/project manager for timely action.
Resource Management
1. Track material requirements and issue indent requests in time.
2. Ensure proper usage and storage of materials on-site.
3. Verify delivery and quality of materials at the site.
Preffered Skills
1. Sound knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and procedures.
2. Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, structural, and MEP).
3. Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site documentation.
4. Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
5. Strong observation and follow-through attitude.
Qualifications
1. Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

1. Experience with gated community layouts or clubhouses.
