Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience leading teams as a people manager and/or leading an implementation team working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar cloud-based applications.
Other Qualifications
- Bachelors in engineering or finance and Master of Business in FINS or Information Technology would be preferred.
