What A Consulting Sr. Manager – Credit Risk, Asia Pacific does at VISA:
The VCA Credit Risk Advisory team is responsible for delivering advisory services to Visa’s clients across Credit Risk and Portfolio Optimization areas. The Senior Manager Credit Risk individual will bring expertise in both the Credit Risk functional domain and in risk analytics gained as Risk practitioner within a bank and/or a specialized risk consulting firm. In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Advanced Packaging SME - Overall 5 plus years of Industry experience (Electronics/Semiconductors)
* Handon working experience on electronics product engineering and development area.
* Knowledge/experience in outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) operations, including: traditional and advanced assembly and test processes, terminology, data requirements, implications of OSAT services on MES, (B2B-SCM-MES integration)
* Design validation, Foundry fabrication experience
* Knowledge of any Semiconductor MES System in the market (FactoryWorks, OpsCenter, Critical Manufacturing, SiView)Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Minimum 10 + years of experience into Semiconductor / electronics product engineering and development.
* Knowledge/experience in outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) operations, including: traditional and advanced assembly and test processes, terminology, data requirements, implications of OSAT services on MES, (B2B-SCM-MES integration)
* Electronics product engineering and development (From OSAT, EMS industries)
* Foundry fabrication experience
* Knowledge of any Semiconductor MES System in the market (FactoryWorks, OpsCenter, Critical Manufacturing, SiView
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Handon working experience on electronics product engineering and development area (From OSAT, EMS industries)
* Design validation, Foundry fabrication experience, Discrete Manufacturing (PP) skills preferred
