Responsibilities

1) What to Sell? 

Accountable for CB&I portfolio, especially - Consumer studies including U&A , segmentation and shopper studies + Syndication) which are core to CB&I.

Commercial ownership of the above solutions / study types 

Close partnership with Local Vertical leaders in defining the outreach for the above and APAC CB&I Practice leader (specific consumer + syndication focus)

  • Identify the solutions / study types with the highest revenue opportunity 
  • Ensure India needs are met in product development roadmap 
  • Provide India teams visibility to product plans and timelines 
  • Accountable for Revenue growth and penetration increase of these solutions

    2) How to Sell? 

    Build a strong India community around these solutions’ portfolio:

  • A community that is formed with Sales & Delivery teams
  • Cross industry and client’s opportunities / Best practice sharing 
  • Create and maintain central Knowledge Management drives to enable the community
  • Build and execute the Go to Market plans for CB&I Practice solutions under remit: 

  • Campaign calendar (including client roadshows / outreach) & content
  • Commercial Decks / Proposal Decks 
  • One pagers, Pitch decks , Battle cards
  • Demo Scripts 
  • Create and coordinate TL, Webinars and Industry Events (with Inside Sales support) 
  •  Product kit adaptation to India: Rate cards, Commercial Policies and Discounts, Communication kit (one-pagers, detailed product presentation, etc). 
  • Ensure that India Sales teams are enabled with best-in-class training materials:

  • Ensure sales decks & ‘pitch perfect’ examples are available
  • Develop automated gift of content (in partnership with Inside Sales) 
  • Execute and coordinate the training plan
  • Connect with Sales and Practice teams in other countries to identify opportunities to apply in India

    3) How to Operate?

    This is a individual contributor role and reports to India CB&I Practice leader supporting India . Additionally, the role requires working on regional pitches and supporting APAC countries

    The role requires Strong alignment with Vertical leaders in India and Regional Practice leader

  • Connect with Vertical leaders in India to define prioritizations (if necessary), clients to focus upon, new logos to pitch and critical pitches to lead and lend support on
  • Accountable for new product activation
  • Be directly involved in sales pitches & keep a close touch with clients: 
  • Lead / heavy support to major RFPs
  • Proposal writing for inbound briefs and supporting the Vertical sellers
  • Continuous support to India sales teams in the definition of the best solution for client specific needs – Where to pitch what and how
  • Identify white space in the portfolio / unmet client needs and seek partner / acquisition programs to meet those needs (where we will not build) 
  • 4) Financial Management

  • Achieve key financial metrics: revenue, profitability, adequate pipeline coverage as well as other related business development objectives
  • Understand the company’s financial guidelines such as forecast and pipeline management
  • Monitor the actual financial performance against budget/forecast and ensure the implementation of actions that will lead to the achievement of the targets
  • Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or a Diploma in Marketing
  • Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in the Marketing, Customized Research industry
  • Prior working experience on Shoppers, Segmentation and U&A studies is a must
  • Has knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
  • Has strong analytical skills and business commercial acumen
  • English level: advanced oral and written 
  • High Negotiation, Problem Solving & Communications Skills 
  • Teamwork: Ability to work with others on tasks and activities without necessarily being the leader

    Key Accountabilities

    Project management and execution

    · Accountable for end-to-end project management

    o Develop proficiency in using DIY research platforms like Qualtrics, Dynata, QualSights, Synthesio etc.

    o Responsible for questionnaire designing and survey programming on DIY platform

    o Synthesize data and analysis into impactful, action-orientated reports for internal stakeholders

    Vendor management

    · Partner with external research agencies to drive high quality and actionable deliverables

    Stakeholder management

    Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years (4-5 years preferred) of relevant market research experience including client management, questionnaire design, data analysis and reporting

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced FX & Treasury Market Analyst to join our Import & Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in forex trading, deep insights into INR/USD and global currency movements, and the ability to analyze geo-political developments that impact financial and commodity markets.

    The role will support the import function by tracking currency and commodity price movements, evaluating hedging strategies, and preparing detailed analytical reports to assist in decision-making. Candidates with prior experience in banks or corporate treasury functions will be preferred.

    This role also involves analyzing global market trends, managing data-intensive reports, and generating actionable insights on foreign exchange, commodities, and interest rate movements. A high level of proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and data analytics is essential with a preference to a candidate who understands commodity market as well as handling forex booking against planned imports and cargo arrivals.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and analyze forex markets with a focus on INR/USD and cross-currency trends.
    • Forex booking in banks, analyzing Imports of cargo, LC planning and negotiations to handle relative forex.
    • Evaluate the impact of geo-political developments, macroeconomic indicators, and central bank policies on currency and commodity markets.
    • Generate detailed reports and dashboards for senior management, synthesizing complex market data into actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with internal treasury, finance, and risk teams to provide FX market intelligence.
    • Execute or advise on FX trades and hedging strategies, where applicable.
    • Track and report daily currency movements, commodity pricing, interest rate trends, and economic data releases.
    • Prepare MIS reports, forecasting models, and scenario analyses using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.
    • Support risk management strategies and assist in developing internal policies based on market analysis.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor&aposs or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA/CA/CFA is a plus.
    • 5–6 years of experience in forex trading, treasury, or market analysis , preferably in a banking or corporate treasury setting.
    • Strong understanding of INR/USD dynamics , cross-currency behavior, and global FX markets .
    • Expertise in geo-political risk assessment and its correlation to market movements.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including macros, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
    • Experience with MIS preparation, data visualization tools , and financial analytics .
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
