- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, channel management, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
