Summary:
Are you ready to be the definitive voice of a global brand in India, shaping perceptions and driving impact in a rapidly evolving technology landscape? As a brand and creative strategist on the Cognizant global Brand team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping to strengthen our brand, changing perceptions and setting us apart from competitors in the fast-moving technology services industry.
We'll need your help in brand governance across offices, employee experiences, client visits and more - from ideas (like coming up with a naming strategy) to whether our logo should be used in a certain way, to whether a particular video is worthy of inclusion on our owned channels. You will work with a talented and passionate team and make a significant impact on our company's future in India, across consistent and compelling high-quality experiences - digitally and in person.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborating with leaders on the marketing team and across the business to bring the Cognizant brand strategy to life in flagship brand experiences, such as:
+ In-person such as Celebrating Cognizant and our annual Impact Award
+ Virtual events
+ Videos
+ HR/recruiting communications and experience
Consulting with other marketing leaders and channel owners in the development of creative approaches and high-profile content that creates a unified brand experience across:
+ Advertising campaigns
+ Cognizant.com
+ Social media
+ Thought leadership
+ Internal communicationInteriors and office
Directing, motivating, managing and working alongside Cognizant writers, designers, agency partners to write on voice and message, and design new expressions that are fresh and on brand
Fostering a spirit of creativity and strategic thinking that inspires others to understand, appreciate, and elevate our brand standards
To do this effectively, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, Marketing, and Communication teams, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all relevant brand touchpoints. We'll want you to stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in employer branding and talent acquisition, particularly in the competitive India market.
We'll also want you to have experience with and be able to jump into other projects that may include:
+ Brand strategy at the brand level, and across the business
+ Brand architecture
+ Global advertising campaigns
+ Brand guidelines/toolkits
The ideal candidates:
+ Brings at least 15 years of corporate global brand experience with a global brand, with 5-7 years of experience in a B2B corporate brand or agency environment, outside India - and preferably 1 to 2 of those years working onsite in the US or Europe - where most of our clients are local
+ Ideally built and executed brands at a global scale
+ Possesses solid subject matter expertise in all aspects of brand strategy and visual and verbal identity: positioning, architecture, design, naming, voice, messaging and content development
+ Has a strong working knowledge of modern marketing tactics, and an ability to ensure brand experiences and marketing objectives are achieved across channels including digital, social, video, Power Point, in-person experiences, etc.
+ Is driven to innovate brand strategy and expression and raise the bar with every project, and has a willingness to learn and grow
+ Led teams directly as well as led through influence and helped to shape a broader organization's brand strategy
+ Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment by responding to changing requirements with strategic solutions
+ Able to pull together influential associates within India and across the globe
