Role & Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content for UPSC Prelims, covering all subjects, including History, Geography, Polity, Economics, Environment, and Current Affairs.
• Create well-researched, clear, and concise questions with answer explanations that align with the UPSC exam pattern and syllabus.
• Analyze previous years questions and trends to produce relevant, exam-focused content.
• Regularly update content to reflect recent developments in current affairs and changes in the syllabus.
• Work closely with the editorial team to ensure the accuracy and clarity of all materials.
• Manage deadlines effectively and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize and improve the quality of study materials.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Must have cleared the UPSC Prelims at least once.
• Strong understanding of the UPSC exam structure, syllabus, and question pattern.
• Proficiency in subjects relevant to the UPSC Prelims exam, with the ability to create quality questions and answers.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English (proficiency in Hindi is a plus).
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Prior experience in content development or teaching for competitive exams is preferred.

• Create high-quality academic content for dental students and exam aspirants (NEET MDS, INI-CET MDS, etc.)
• Develop MCQs, case-based questions, summaries, and clinical scenario content
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance of all content
• Collaborate with the academic team to review and update existing materials
• Strong knowledge of dental subjects and good written English skills required
• Passion for teaching and digital learning
• Prior content creation experience is a plus
