The Role:
As a Content Development Executive at Kaplan MENA, your main role will be to create high quality training content for a variety of digital transformation and cybersecurity programs designed specifically for our clients.
Your job will be to ensure that content for these programs match Kaplan MENA’s quality standards, follow industry trends, and meet the specific needs of the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Review:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing and other technical subjects for diverse audiences, from introductory to advanced levels.
- Developing pre, post and other assessments to evaluate effectiveness of the training programs.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Maintaining & updating the repository of all content created
- Maintaining & updating the LMS with the content
- Reviewing content of other team members and freelance content developers
- Supporting the design & creation B2B client proposals and training outlines
- Coordinating with graphic designers to format content in required templates
Product, Client and Trainer Support:
- Organizing meetings and delivering 'train the trainer' sessions for both internal KPME trainers and freelance trainers to ensure their comprehensive understanding of the content created or reviewed.
- Facilitate client support activities by proper and timely communication of issues to the relevant party within Kaplan MENA
- Support other Kaplan MENA trainers, including freelancers to prepare them for any assigned trainings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least one of the following certifications – CompTIA Security+, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900 or any equivalent degrees
- A min of 2 years of proven experience in designing high-quality training programs on complex technical topics
- Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal
- Fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
