We are seeking an experienced OCM Administrator to manage and support Oracle Content Management environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configurations, access management, content publishing, asset lifecycle management, and coordination with development teams for headless CMS implementations.
Role:- Enterprise content management
Experience required: - 4-8 years in ECM platforms
Reports to :- ECM program manager or IT Head
Key Responsibilities
-Lead implementation, configuration, and support for oracle content management (OCM) or similar ECM platforms.
-Define content models, metadata structures and taxonomies as per business needs.
-Manage user roles, groups, permission, and access control policies
-Design and implement content migration strategies(devàuatàproduction)
-integrate ECM with other systems using rest APIs or custom scripts
-Ensure ECM platform compliance with organizational standards (GDPR, ISO, etc)
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content publishing, access, and system performance
-Webcenter core customization (experience in custom components)
-Good knowledge in capture and imaging (custom search applications)
-provide guidance and training to end-users and junior administrators
