What You'll Be Doing
- Works with cross-functional teams to edit, create synopses, and copy for movies and TV with an understanding and eye toward cultural and regional sensitivities
- Handle production and QC of content metadata work product
- Manage and track the translation of synopsis and other data using excel grids, third-party vendors, and internal database
- Communicate with content providers, external vendors and cross functional teams
on day-to-day tasks including but not limited to metadata follow-up, approvals, and translations
- Contribute to internal inflight documents
- Suggest process improvements to improve quality and avoid operational issues
- Populate our title database when required to meet the selections of airlines that are your responsibility
- Be aware of and accommodate specific airline requirements around title data
- Liaise with airlines and distributors as part of fulfilling airline requirements as required
- Identify and resolve technical and production issues, escalating to management as required
- Calculate, monitor, and manage milestones to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide coverage support when required
