    **Main responsibilities:**
    The overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:
    Support the operations and writing team for Content Operations Hub/other Omnichannel Hub teams; support day-to-day operations; meet timelines, milestones, and project metrics. Support the projects from an operational perspective from the development and initiation phases through implementation and completion within scope defined by the Omnichannel pillar/GTMC for driving operational excellence in Hub services such as content creation, modular content and technical production. Support vendor relationships crucial for content production and digital marketing tools. Manage multiple projects across multiple franchises or therapeutic areas.
    Create or ensure the required documents are completed, ensure necessary approval steps are completed, manage documents on the relevant platform (Smartsheet, Veeva, etc.).     + Ensure on time delivery, management, upload, tagging (as aligned with PromoMats Specialists) and reporting of all digital assets and content ordered and approved for distribution through the major content management systems (Veeva Vault, OneCRM, Veeva PromoMats, SFMC, other CMS Tools, etc.) by liaising with Content Operations Hub team/other Omnichannel Hub teams/GTMC pillar (global/local)/agency of record/design teams

    + Responsible for quality control and technical viability of assets to be uploaded

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced OCM Administrator to manage and support Oracle Content Management environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configurations, access management, content publishing, asset lifecycle management, and coordination with development teams for headless CMS implementations.

    Role:- Enterprise content management

    Experience required: - 5-10+ years in ECM platforms

    Reports to :- ECM program manager or IT Head

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead implementation, configuration, and support for Oracle Content Management (OCM) or similar ECM platforms.
    • Define content models, metadata structures, and taxonomies as per business needs.
    • Manage user roles, groups, permissions, and access control policies.
    • Design and implement content migration strategies (dev/uat/production).
    • Integrate ECM with other systems using REST APIs or custom scripts.
    • Ensure ECM platform compliance with organizational standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content publishing, access, and system performance.
    • WebCenter core customization (experience in custom components).
    • Strong knowledge in Capture and Imaging (custom search applications).
    • Provide guidance and training to end-users and junior administrators.
    • Collaborate with development teams for headless CMS setups and custom UI components if required.
    • Workflow error handling – OCM custom workflow.
    • Manage document security (roles/permissions).
    • Support metadata updates.
    • Assist with content check-in/check-out issues.
    • Handle Imaging and Capture (invoice scanning/fax, etc.).
    • Provide integration support for applications and users.
    • Manage incidents/service requests through ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
    • Support disposition activities for legal/information management.
    • Coordinate with Middleware/OHS/Content management teams regarding vulnerability and patch updates from Oracle.
    • Perform administrative activities like patching, updating, and purging (Linux & Windows OS).

    • Oracle Universal Document Management (UDM)
    • Oracle Web Content Management (WCM)
    • Oracle Universal Record Management (URM)
    • Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM)


    Required Skills

    • Strong experience with Oracle Content Management (OCM).
    • Expertise in content modeling, metadata, workflows, and digital asset management.
    • Knowledge of REST API integration.
    • Understanding of compliance standards.
    • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services (preferred).
    • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
