Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of social media specialists, content creators, designers, editors, and community managers.

Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop a 12-month organic and social growth roadmap , breaking it down into agile monthly content calendars.

- Ensure a “record once, publish everywhere ” approach to repurposing video and community content across platforms.
Platform Management:
- Oversee daily content publishing and engagement across Instagram, YouTube (+Shorts), TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Quora, and Facebook/Groups.
- Monitor community conversations, respond to comments, and escalate support needs quickly.
Campaign & Community Management:

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

- Own the analytics dashboard and performance reporting for leadership.
Brand Consistency & Governance:

Trendspotting & Innovation:

Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of algorithms, analytics, and best practices for each platform.
