This role supports the creation, maintenance, sourcing and review of written content specifically for RFPs, third-party databases and DDQs, liaising with Product Teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the business. We are in need of a dedicated specialist focused on content build out and improvement. The content is required to be suitable for global consumption, which means liaising with business partners and SMEs globally. The role may also include the opportunity to be involved in content automation projects, narratives for consultants and other third parties, and other due diligence platforms. There will be significant involvement with live RFPs in a deadline sensitive environment. Additionally, a portion of time will be spent responding to DDQs as needed in support of the RFP team.

Content Upload & Management
- Manually upload product images, descriptions, and metadata to internal and external eCommerce platforms.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy of product listings, including pricing and product attributes.
Coordination with Design & Operations
- Collaborate with designers to gather relevant product assets (e.g., CAD renders, lifestyle images, technical details).
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure product details align with manufacturing specifications.
Quality Assurance

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in content management, eCommerce operations, or related roles.
Technical Proficiency
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and image optimization.
Attention to Detail
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Meticulous in ensuring content accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
