What You Will Be Doing
1. Branding (Client, Vendor & Employer Branding)
- Client Branding: Create content for client-facing branding initiatives such as cafeteria signage, wall graphics, digital displays, onboarding kits, and other client communication materials that reflect both SmartQ’s brand voice consistently.
- Vendor Branding: Develop content for vendor kits, HSEQ kits, counter signage, digital standees, and menu boards to ensure messaging consistency and a professional brand experience.
- Employee Branding: Produce internal content such as welcoming kits, newsletters, internal communication campaigns, and communication for the SmartQ cafeteria to engage employees and promote organizational culture.
- Write and maintain consistent messaging and tone across all branding materials to ensure alignment with broader business and marketing objectives.
2. Client Servicing (Client-Specific & End-Consumer Content)
- Produce content tailored to specific client requirements for Launch, monthly campaigns and deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Design end-consumer-focused content for new launch communications, promotions, and engagement campaigns, including banners, digital standees, in-app notifications, emailers, table-top cards, and social media creatives.
- Write short, impactful copy for campaigns and creatives that is clear, engaging, and drives action.
3. Growth (Awareness & Engagement)
- Write impactful copy for product descriptions, educational materials, manuals, and collaterals.
- Develop and refine content for our app, digital products, and website improving it month on month.
- Consistently create blogs, articles, newsletters, and case studies to engage our audience.
- Craft compelling testimonials and stories that highlight client success.
- Ideate engaging content for social media captions and notifications.
- Contribute fresh ideas to monthly marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
