What You'll Do
Content & Product Management
- Keep our product listings updated & super attractive.
- Track daily prices and ensure app/website content is always fresh.
- Manage offers, banners, combos, and live updates daily.
Marketing & Campaigns
- Dream up & run exciting promotions and campaigns.
- Create thumb-stopping banners, creatives, and ads for app, site & socials.
- Work with the marketing squad to keep our brand vibes consistent.
Customer Engagement
- Keep an eye on customer ratings & reviews.
- Respond to feedback, solve issues, and turn complaints into love.
- Use insights to improve customer experience + our digital game.
Social Media & Branding
- Own our social presence (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
- Design catchy creatives & promo ads (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma).
- Build fun, relatable, and engaging content that Gen Z & families both connect with.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate in Marketing / Design / Media / Communication (or just insanely talented ).
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or design (bonus if in a startup).
- Hands-on with Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma.
- Knows digital campaigns, social trends, and e-com basics inside-out.
