**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and imaginative Social Media Content Creator to develop and produce high-quality, engaging content across all our social media platforms. You’ll be responsible for ideating, creating, and publishing scroll-stopping content that aligns with our brand voice and drives engagement, traffic, and conversion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create original content (images, videos, graphics, text) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, pop culture, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Write compelling captions, CTAs, and copy that align with brand voice and audience.
- Plan and manage a content calendar in coordination with other marketing efforts.
- Analyze engagement data and adjust strategies/content as needed to improve performance.
- Attend events, photoshoots, or activations to capture live content when required.
- Use tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or others to edit and finalize content.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content best practices.
- Excellent storytelling skills - visual and written.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience with photography/videography is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

+ You have proven experience in communication across Slack, Social media, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Forms, Air table, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Adobe acrobat and ideally a working knowledge of content marketing, social media, PR, experiential marketing, and brand activation best practices.
+ You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely
+ You are creative with the skills to develop and enhance presentations in an effective way
+ You have the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
+ Video creation and editing would be an advantage
+ You communicate ideas and suggestions through the Leadership team, on all aspects of engagement and communication
