**Job Overview**
This role will be part of the TE Global Payroll team that is responsible for building the Continuous Improvement culture. Responsible for creating, implementing, and sustaining overall continuous improvement and lean manufacturing programs. Work closely with all levels of management and coordinate/implement initiatives globally. This role will report directly to the Head of Global Payroll and T&A. **Job Responsibilities:**
+ Act as single point of contact and change agent when it comes to all continuous improvement related activities/initiatives
+ Lead the continuous improvement initiatives and promote culture changes using TE Operating Advantage (TE tailored CI tools & program), CI tools and principles
+ Work with leadership to develop comprehensive CI strategies that support organizational goals
+ Responsible for educating and training on the use and practice of continuous improvement methodology and tools. Drives results primarily through influencing and collaborating with colleagues and peers.
+ Identify improvement opportunities within current functional processes with emphasis on improving service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
+ Works closely with Automation Team in his/her region to ensure that projects identified are aligned with prioritization and goals.
+ Assist with the selection, scoping and prioritization of process improvements projects based on resource and budget requirements
+ Lead functional or project teams in executing projects and provide guidance during the project execution
+ Perform impact analysis for process changes undertaken as requested by management
+ Monitor and report progress of continuous improvement initiatives
+ Manage projects or initiatives within the region or globally as assigned by PMO or payroll leadership.
+ Meet regularly with other CI Managers and share practices/challenges identified in his/her region to promote collaboration and teamwork
+ Interacts and/or negotiates effectively with external/internal customers at all levels. Communicate significance and impact of process changes to internal and external stakeholders and help them learn, understand, adjust and grow with the change
+ Deploy TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) requirements and ensure to achieve the required Star Level Requirements target; Promote TEOA success stories to inspire engagement in TEOA globally.
**Desired Candidate Profile:**
+ 5-7 years of experience in similar position or in project management in/ working on process improvement / six sigma / lean initiatives
+ 2+ years of experience on managerial positions, ideally in CI Management or Project Management
+ Experience in managing CI projects related to Finance & Accounting process and Kaizen events facilitation ideally in Shared Services environment
+ Experience in working with different technologies will be an asset (i.e. SAP/ Celonis/High Radius/Tableau/Power BI)
+ Lean principles, Six Sigma, and Change Management: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is a plus
+ Knowledge of project management methodology (PMP, Prince, Agile or equivalent) will be an asset
+ Payroll experience is a plus
+ Proven track of successfully implemented business process improvement in SSC/BPO/administrative functions in a complex, global, matrix organization
+ Capable of working independently and applying analytical skills to accounting processes
+ Ability to leverage ERP to ensure service quality and operational excellence
+ Ability to balance multiple priorities.
+ Completed degree in higher education (preferably Industrial Engineering/ Finance / Accounting / Business Administration)

**Responsibilities**
**Other Duties may be assigned:**
+ Work collaboratively with cross functional teams (US/Asia sourcing, US CIM, Merchandising team, US/Asia supply chain, etc.) to bring in new qualified Direct purchase suppliers per AZ sourcing strategies from quality perspective
+ Filter, prioritize and conduct factory assessment on design capability verification, capacity analysis, quality system and compliance systems; follow up with factories to Improve.
+ Travel with merchandising teams to introduce factory quality systems and critical process, demonstrate factory best practices, call out opportunities and follow up for improvements
+ Support product testing projects, perform witness testing at factories or 3 rd party service providers as needed.
+ Be able to learn product knowledge quick, including what's the product for, how it's used, how it's made, how does it fail, how to test, what's the new technology, etc.
+ Manage quality projects to move DI program along.
+ Visit factories per other ad-hoc requests (e.g. product validation, sub-supplier assessment, lead time verification, etc.)
+ Provide training to new suppliers on AZ quality programs during onboarding phase.
+ Support new product development process.
+ **Work with compliance manager to support Compliance program**
+ Perform assessment on factories to document major opportunities that factory needs to take actions on to meet AZ compliance audits.
+ Follow up to assist factories and aim to coach them pass audits.
+ Support first time compliance for Factory Assessments on new vendors as needed.
+ **Existing supplier quality performance maintenance**
+ Visit existing suppliers on a regular basis to ensure constant quality requirements are in place consistently to enable company quality objectives are met.

+ Support pre-shipment inspection process, provide technical comments.

**Qualifications**

Key Responsibilities:

Define and Align Process Strategy: Partner with the GPO and Tower Owner to shape the ATR process strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with finance, procurement, IT, and outsourcing partners to drive integrated process enhancements and share best practices.
Monitor and Report Progress: Track the performance of CI initiatives using data analysis and process mapping tools, ensuring objectives are met and sustained.
Promote a CI Culture: Foster a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement across global ATR operations within Minerals and ESCO.
Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Monitor industry standards and emerging trends to inform future process innovations and maintain operational excellence.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
Demonstrable project management and continuous improvement experience, with a strong focus on quality enhancement and process optimization.
Exceptional analytical and statistical abilitiesto interpret complex process data, identify trends, and drive strategic, data-informed decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Deploying and leading the CI service offering and owning the CI program for the customer, aiming achievement of cost and cash savings in KNIL customer's supply chain. Leading business case development, providing status updates on CI program to Business Manager / customer, ensuring achievement of savings targets. Following approach to savings idea generation, validation and implementation based on KNIL experience and tailoring it to the specifics of the customer, as well as enrichment of the approach based on own best practices.
**How you create impact**
Problem Solving
+ Responsible for identifying supply chain inefficiencies, developing business cases for improvement, and overseeing optimization project progress.
+ This includes prioritizing initiatives, addressing resistance to change, resolving implementation barriers, and ensuring alignment of focus and resources to drive cost-saving measures.
Savings target setting
+ Conducts end-to-end structural supply chain and value stream mapping to understand the customer's business, perform loss analysis, and identify strategic cost and cash-saving opportunities.
+ Develops business cases, aligns on savings targets and timelines with the customer and Business Manager, and ensures resource adequacy and priority alignment to support successful execution.
Savings pipeline development
+ Leads data-driven supply chain improvement by gathering, cleaning, and validating data, and facilitating idea generation through internal and external collaboration.
+ Works closely with CI teams, procurement, logistics experts, and key customer stakeholders to define baselines, validate savings potential, and develop multiple savings scenarios.
+ Builds a multi-year portfolio of projects, categorizing them by complexity and impact, and maintains a continuous pre-pipeline of initiatives for sustained improvement.
Savings status tracking
+ Ensures alignment with the customer and Business Manager on savings calculation, tracking, and reporting methodologies.
+ Manages savings trackers and visual dashboards (e.g., Tableau), organizes regular internal and external review meetings, and drives follow-through by maintaining action logs and converting pipeline ideas into actionable projects.
Savings delivery
+ Oversees end-to-end savings realization, including testing, go-live execution, post-implementation support, and tracking of actual results.
+ Leads project calls to ensure progress, addresses risks and resistance, and monitors project performance.
+ Conducts gap analyses when results deviate from expectations and escalates issues to the customer or Business Manager when necessary to maintain momentum.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ Proven track record in change management and/or project management (min. 5 years).
+ Proven experience in all transportation modes.
+ Proven experience in supply chain cost budgeting / optimization / value stream mapping.
+ Proven experience in business case creation.
+ Proven experience of cross regional or global collaboration in multinational environment.
+ Preferred candidate to have Forwarding / Logistics background.
