**Job Overview**
This role will be part of the TE Global Payroll team that is responsible for building the Continuous Improvement culture. Responsible for creating, implementing, and sustaining overall continuous improvement and lean manufacturing programs. Work closely with all levels of management and coordinate/implement initiatives globally. This role will report directly to the Head of Global Payroll and T&A. As a member of the team, this individual will support strategies and initiatives to enable achievement of strategic goals.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Act as single point of contact and change agent when it comes to all continuous improvement related activities/initiatives
+ Lead the continuous improvement initiatives and promote culture changes using TE Operating Advantage (TE tailored CI tools & program), CI tools and principles
+ Work with leadership to develop comprehensive CI strategies that support organizational goals
+ Responsible for educating and training on the use and practice of continuous improvement methodology and tools. Drives results primarily through influencing and collaborating with colleagues and peers.
+ Identify improvement opportunities within current functional processes with emphasis on improving service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
+ Works closely with Automation Team in his/her region to ensure that projects identified are aligned with prioritization and goals.
+ Assist with the selection, scoping and prioritization of process improvements projects based on resource and budget requirements
+ Lead functional or project teams in executing projects and provide guidance during the project execution
+ Perform impact analysis for process changes undertaken as requested by management
+ Monitor and report progress of continuous improvement initiatives
+ Manage projects or initiatives within the region or globally as assigned by PMO or payroll leadership.
+ Meet regularly with other CI Managers and share practices/challenges identified in his/her region to promote collaboration and teamwork
+ Interacts and/or negotiates effectively with external/internal customers at all levels. Communicate significance and impact of process changes to internal and external stakeholders and help them learn, understand, adjust and grow with the change
+ Deploy TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) requirements and ensure to achieve the required Star Level Requirements target; Promote TEOA success stories to inspire engagement in TEOA globally.
**Desired Candidate Profile:**
+ 5-7 years of experience in similar position or in project management in/ working on process improvement / six sigma / lean initiatives
+ 2+ years of experience on managerial positions, ideally in CI Management or Project Management
+ Experience in managing CI projects related to Finance & Accounting process and Kaizen events facilitation ideally in Shared Services environment
+ Experience in working with different technologies will be an asset (i.e. SAP/ Celonis/High Radius/Tableau/Power BI)
+ Lean principles, Six Sigma, and Change Management: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is a plus
+ Knowledge of project management methodology (PMP, Prince, Agile or equivalent) will be an asset
+ Payroll experience is a plus
+ Proven track of successfully implemented business process improvement in SSC/BPO/administrative functions in a complex, global, matrix organization
+ Capable of working independently and applying analytical skills to accounting processes
+ Ability to leverage ERP to ensure service quality and operational excellence
+ Ability to balance multiple priorities.
+ Completed degree in higher education (preferably Industrial Engineering/ Finance / Accounting / Business Administration)

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve fulfillment models, quote speed, and other business-related priorities.
+ **Process Redesign:** Design and implement top-down and bottom-up methodology to identify and prioritize high-impact improvement projects for the business, functions, and sites.
+ **Project Execution and Accountability:** Lead identified Continuous Improvement programs around the globe, by driving and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful completion, facilitate smooth handovers to business owners, and ensure sustained improvements over time by ensuring accountability.
+ **Complete End to End Change Management Ownership:** Organize initial cross-functional team, lead kaizen/process-mapping event to create new strategy, project manage the team to make the change, and then use data to track successful implementation.
+ **Culture and Collaboration:** Promote a Continuous Improvement culture within the region by redefining lean tools and facilitating departmental / functional driven projects whenever vital. Collaborate with department champions and leadership within the region on Kaizen events, workshops, value stream mapping, change management, standardization, and data analysis.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in lean and/or continuous improvement projects within a global or cross-functional environment.
+ Ability to support and collaborate with regionally dispersed teams, driving and contributing to project execution.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-drive solutions.
+ Ability to manage ambiguity and complex problems or scenarios.
+ Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
+ High adaptability, innovative and curious approach.
+ Must be highly action-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives forward, overcome obstacles, and deliver measurable results in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
+ Flexibility for travel on a project-by-project basis.

+ Experience or knowledge of working in the Industrial Valves industry.

- Should be good at operations & business process management fundamentals like process reengineering (BPR), staffing, capacity planning, utilization, forecasting, scheduling, volume handling, process mapping, BCP handling, team handling, huddles, CAPA, RCA, rebuttals, reporting, data analysis, inferential statistics, performance handling, attrition management, career planning, hiring and training management etc
- Should be able to creatively and productivity engage with parallel Ops Support teams , like MIS, Automation, AppsDev, in driving large scale functional projects.
- Ensure projects meet the required standards, contractual & regulatory requirements , and performance measures to ensure our service meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Create & drive continuous improvements by identifying problem & opportunity statements & converting them into solid projects at all scales (Kaizen, lean, SS, Analytics, automation ).
- Coordinate with internal leadership and client stakeholders to address top quality concerns and drive strategic initiatives , as required.
- Train & manage training , basis need assessments & process requirements.
- Build a robust complaints handling , investigation and reporting process.
- Drive & implement ISO 9001:2015 recommended standard practices , as required (auditing, audit management, NC closures and action reviews)
