Role:
- Substantial experience in creating control system design documents using AutoCAD Electrical (ACADE), and relevant discipline with exposure to any industrial domain, preferably pharmaceutical /water treatment including experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
- Responsible for additional project engineering aspects, as assigned by a Project Engineer or Project Engineering Manager, including but not limited to: field instrumentation, control panels, camera and security subsystem design and network design (system architecture).
- Utilizes existing knowledge/becomes familiar with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards to apply these requirements to project design efforts.
- Has the ability to effectively create AutoCAD-Electrical drawings from scratch and/or make modifications to drawings packages, as necessary.
- Conducts in-depth study of information provided by a Project Engineer for the assigned project. Confirms that provided information provides a clear direction for the design intent.
- Shall be competent in creating control system-oriented documentation not limited to:
- Control Panel Design Drawings
- P&IDs (Process and Instrumentation Drawings)
- Loop Diagrams
- Network Architecture Drawings
- Instrument Install Details
- Utilize conceptual rough plan mark-ups and vendor drawings to create final design plans.
- Demonstrates ability to design and map out engineering drawings including panel layout and interconnection drawings and schematics and is competent in scaling mechanical layouts for control panel.
- Develops the hardwired IO list using standard templates.
- Creates a Bill of Materials (BOM) for all equipment associated with the panel design.
- Consults with the Project Engineer to perform design review from third party contractor or client for supplied equipment and implement this equipment into the design as applicable.
- Ensures accuracy of the completed CAD drawings before submitting the drawing package for Quality Review.
- Demonstrates ability to revise drawings (Revision Control) based on submittal comments or field red-lined drawings and generate accurate updated drawings for resubmittal, IFC, As Built and As Installed.
- Provides support and assistance to project team members from kickoff through startup and closeout.
- Receives, interprets and incorporates the design of third-party hardware and systems into our designs.
- Becomes proficient using various troubleshooting tools and test equipment.
- Gains familiarity with PLC and HMI/SCADA software and programming products in order to understand the basic concepts and technical aspects of PLC and SCADA development.
- Learns and develops knowledge of both water treatment and wastewater treatment processes.
- Conducts project site visits (whether existing or new facility) to consider, witness and document conditions at the project site for both sales support and project fulfilment requirements. Must be able to review and understand existing conditions to be able to develop drawings, make material selections and engineer project based on both field conditions and project requirements.
- Develops a relationship with vendors to obtain and review quotes as part of the hardware selection process to (a) ensure equipment accuracy and (b) to protect the project budget.
- Provides technical support to Sales and Marketing group, assisting as needed with technical consultation, sales quotations and quotation review.
- Follows-up with Sales group, post-design, regarding any lessons learned that could be used to strength future sales estimates and bidding.

- Deliver discipline specific services that meet the client's and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Seamlessly collaborates within team to efficiently generate AutoCAD-Electrical (ACADE) drawings.
- Generates a Panel Hardware Submittal for review and approval by Project Engineer and/or Owner on project.
- Generates a Loop Drawings Submittal for review and approval by Project Engineer and Owner on project.
- Responds to and follows-up on submittal comments.

Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 8 plus years of work experience in MCAD tools (, Creo, NX, SolidWorks) and PTC Windchill PLM.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative Electrical Engineer with 2-3 years of experience who can provide cost-effective solutions in the development, analysis, testing, and repair of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA). The role involves a strong focus on circuit simulation, analysis, testing, and rework/repair. Preferred candidates will have experience in the chip/semiconductor industry and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze electrical circuit designs, schematics, and test procedures to fully understand PCBA functionality. li>Perform circuit simulations and PCBA testing/debugging using standard equipment.
- Instruct technicians on performing PWA rework/repair and find suitable replacements for electronic components.
- Develop technical documentation for PCBA sustainment.
- Collaborate with CAD designers on circuit schematics/PCBA layouts and review their work.
