Urgently hiring a Data Entry/Customer Support in our Company with good communication skills in Hindi & English. We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Data Entry/Customer Support to join our Company.

Data Entry Operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:_

1.Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits

2.Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry

3.Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output

4.Respond to queries for information and access relevant files

5.Scan documents and print files, when needed

6.Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations

7. Help & inform our customer with updated details through calling

1.Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk

2.Typing speed and accuracy

3.Experience using office equipment, like Printer machine and scanner

4.Attention to detail

5.Graduation / Diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset

6.Familiarity with administrative duties

+ Instruct sales team to plan new orders based as per current inventory.
+ Handle Customers and salespersons claims and queries
+ Proven experience in customer service or a related field
+ High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
