Other Responsibilities:

  • Undertake any additional assignments or initiatives as directed by the leadership team to support organizational priorities.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, or related discipline. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience in corporate affairs, public policy, or stakeholder engagement, ideally within a large organization or regulated industry.

+ Manage relationships with external parties such as external counsels, joint venture partners, agents, accountants, and other stakeholders involved in corporate matters.
+ Ensure all corporate operations and legal processes comply with the company's ethics and business conduct policies.
+ Manage legal invoicing for the legal team, using our internal tracking system called Legal Tracker, including reviewing and posting invoices to Tracker, opening and closing matters, liaising with external clients (i.e., law firms and corporate agents) to process invoices.
Required Skills:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in law, legal studies, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant/paralegal in a law firm and/or corporate law department.
+ Familiarity with corporate governance processes, contract documentation, and regulatory filings will be considered an advantage.
+ Candidates need not be qualified lawyers but should demonstrate a strong understanding of legal and corporate procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
+ Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to do conduct efficient research and analysis, proficient in contact co-ordination
  • Manage the relationship with external agencies and consultants
  • Manage the progress of projects managed/ led by Corporate Affairs function
