Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a significant portion in high-volume catering or hospitality.
- Proven expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation for diverse cuisines.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and cost control measures.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and standard office applications.
- Experience in managing remote kitchen teams or operations oversight from a distance is advantageous.
