Handle specific corporate credit card policies and the ability to guide card holders based on those.

Expense Reporting Guiding employees on how to classify their travel and other corporate expenses through Travel platform.

Ensuring that all tickets are handled within the specified timeframes to meet company SLAs.

Work on Ticketing system, experience with ticketing software like ServiceNow, or other customer support platforms.


Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelors degree in any discipline with experience in corporate credit card transactions

Experience :

2 to 3 years of related experience

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Corporate Credit Card Knowledge: Understanding of corporate lo processes, including transaction approval flows, cardholder limits, and how transactions are categorized

Preferred Skills :
Basic Financial Knowledge, understanding of credit card billing, statements, and transactions, including terms like chargebacks. Experience with Citi bank application will be an advantage.

Able to work with customers internal. 

Time Management: Prioritizing tickets based on urgency and importance.

    Job Description
    The primary responsibility would involve working on certain client engagements where Oxane is providing portfolio management service or reporting services to global institutional investors investing in loan portfolios, asset-backed financing, or securitisation transactions. The individual will be responsible for working closely with clients in assisting, monitoring and reporting key metrics of their investments. The role would entail researching across legal agreements, reviewing key metrics and liaising with trustees and other parties. He/she would also be required to interact and coordinate with the client on the performance of the assets and underlying collateral.
    Key Responsibilities
