    What you will work on:
    Support end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, including market screening, diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis
    Prepare investment memos, internal presentations, and board materials to drive strategic decision-making and to develop and maintain detailed financial models
    Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify inorganic growth opportunities
    Coordinate with internal business units, finance, legal, and external advisors (investment bankers, consultants, lawyers) on live deals
    Assist in post-merger integration planning and performance tracking for acquired businesses
    Track industry trends, deal flow, and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape

    The ideal candidate:
    Proven experience working on live transactions across due diligence, valuation, and deal execution
    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; strong commercial acumen
    Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels

    Qualification and Experience:
    2-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate M&A
    Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques.
    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA is a plus.
