  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field; MBA, CFA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or strategy roles, preferably within IT services or technology sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions, scenario analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct in-depth financial research and analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze variances between actual and projected financial results, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
  • Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including portfolio management, risk, and operations, to gather financial data and ensure consistency.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices impacting financial reporting and investment strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests from senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term financial strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA charter preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with financial databases and analytical tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon).
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment instruments, and corporate finance principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
