annual filings), Leave & Attendance, Disciplinary, IT/Device & Acceptable Use, Remote-work/Hybrid, Whistleblower, Grievance. - Advise managers, team heads, and HR on day-to-day employment matters, ensuring decisions align with law and company policy.
- Liaise with authorities and regulators on routine matters as required.
- Stay current with applicable laws and regulatory updates, proactively adapting policies and documents to meet evolving company needs;
Corporate governance & secretarial
- Assist in corporate governance matters, including drafting, reviewing and refining charter documents (MoA, AoA), SHA, ESOP, and other related documents;
