IHG's external ESG & Responsible Business narrative, including annual external Responsible Business Report, ESG Databook, RB Annual Report disclosures
Specialist reporting to meet specific regulatory/ stakeholder requirements in relation to Responsible Business e.g., TCFD recommendations and CSRD compliance
Manages tracking and reporting progress against Journey to Tomorrow external targets,
Coordinates reporting of external data for third party ESG Reporting, Ratings & Research , including CDP, WDI , FTSE4Good, Sustainalytics.
Manages the development of Responsible Business Communication materials for internal and external needs
Supports the development of materials for the IHG Responsible Business Board Committee, the IHG Main Board and Executive Committee.
Responsible for development and update of all CR policies and procedures, drafting position statements.
Coordinates responses to investor queries on ESG matters, working in close collaboration with the Investor Relations team.

Delivery of Journey to Tomorrow ambitions - IHG's 10-year targets
Co-ordination of Board updates on Journey to Tomorrow and other ESG topics

**Educational Attainment:**
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Typically has 3+ years progressive work experience
**Critical Expertise & Experience:**
Skilled project management experience with multiple stakeholder involvement.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical capabilities, and ability to surface insights and craft communications for stakeholder appropriate messaging.
Commercial acumen.
Team player
Able to work independently
Can take initiative to find solutions on their own
Preferred: knowledge of main ESG frameworks and indices.

**The Role**: Regional Coordinator, Corporate Responsibility
**The Team**: The Corporate Responsibility (CR) team is essential in bringing our values of integrity, discovery and partnership to life. Our mission is to build more inclusive and sustainable economies and communities through our people, products and partnerships.
**The Impact**: Provide leadership for regional Corporate Responsibility activities, with a primary focus on deepening employee engagement. Secondary focus includes identifying and managing strategic partners and elevating regional commitments to CR. Partner with S&P Global Foundation to support its local market goals.
**What’s in it for you**: Working together with local committees and leadership, the role will avail and deepen meaningful volunteer opportunities to increase employee engagement. This individual will lead the scoping of new Foundation grants as well as the management and governance of existing grants and partners. This position supports S&P Global’s corporate responsibility efforts in the region including programs, partnerships, communications and stakeholder engagement.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead regional CR activities; liaise with senior business and functional leaders, support local employee engagement, including year-round volunteering activities to build culture of service especially around skills-based volunteerism, CoRe Teams, Green Teams, utilization of matching gifts and other employee engagement programs
Establish and build relationship across senior leadership teams to strengthen CR programming and increase measurable outcomes
Support CR’s implementation of new technologies and practices, with a focus on a more modern and effective process for gift matching, grant making and partnership proposals
Develop and build key resources and materials to communicate CR efforts, including presentations and impact stories for internal or external communications
Identify, cultivate new partnerships, and strengthen existing partnerships, work with S&P Global Foundation grantees on proposal submissions, onboarding, impact and reporting with strong alignment to CR key focus areas
Manage the full lifecycle of Foundation grants from concept to closing, ensuring responsive and timely decisions and follow up
**What We’re Looking For**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong service orientation
Bachelor’s degree and experience in corporate responsibility, CSR or related field
Experience in volunteer and/or events management and partner management
Proven ability to prioritize, work independently, handle multiple, complex tasks simultaneously
Generate pragmatic solutions to real or potential problems and recognize and leverage key opportunities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Office 365, Box, SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge of corporate foundation processes and procedures is recommended
Experience with CSR technology platforms or quick to learn technology skills
Knowledge of the developments in corporate philanthropy, social impact and sustainable development
Ability to navigate complex environments, and help build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and organizations
Strong EQ and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, geographically diverse organization
Strategic, collaborative and practical
Ability to travel as needed
